I have always tried to support local business. The appraiser was confident, yet very resonable in his approach to assessing my issues. He answered all my questions (I felt) sincerely. . Some respones  to questions were rote, but reasonable The work was completed as advertised  on time and on schedule. The team was exceptional in their work diligence, you could tell there was good communication between the structural specialist and the team to assure the work met the specifications outlined. Only time will tell if the foundation repair will work. With that said I would rather arbitrate a failure with a local company then a corperate layer who's response will always be to refer to the contract and apologize.

Deep South did a fantastic job on waterproofing my parent's home. It is a 40 year old home that had water issues for many years.  Jamie came in, inspected and worked out the best plan for the issues we were having.  I had quotes from other companies and they beat them by thousands of dollars.  They completed the job on time and were in constant communication with me.  Jamie and Walter met me before the project began to detail the entire process.  I highly recommend Deep South Construction.   You will be happy you contacted them. They do what is needed to be done and do not try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. When we noticed some unevenness in our wood floors, we called a number of contractors to inspect and provide a quote.  Deep South Construction Pros provided the most in-depth inspection with the best-quality recommendation at the lowest price.  You can’t beat “more for less”.  And then they delivered the quality solution that they promised, completing the work quickly and professionally to bolster our flooring and seal the crawlspace under the house.  A special shout-out to Brady, who was always available with answers, and to the technicians Austin, Braulio, Jamie, & John for their great work.  And Joshua from their sub-contractor Right Choice Electric provided same-day expert service to connect the equipment. I got about 20 quotes in total. They were not the cheapest but very fair priced. Miguel was amazing to work with! He taught me why they were doing what they were doing and the finished product shows! Awesome company to work with!  Very professional, great communication and great work.  Had them come out and do a lot of foundation work, installed about 10 helical piers, lentil repairs and was very pleased.
